This class is all about the foundation. Unlike other decorating classes, we’ll start by making Kara’s signature Royal Icing together from scratch. You’ll mix your own batch, learn how to achieve piping, flooding and dipping consistencies and practice outlining and flooding cookies. We’ll also cover the dip method, basic color theory and how to get vibrant colors without over saturating your icing. Ideal for beginners or decorators ready to finally understand Royal Icing.
