Appetizer:
Dry Creek Vineyards, Chenin Blanc 2021, house cured and smoked salmon, leaf lettuce, baby green beans, local eggs, shallots, dill, in a warm bacon vinaigrette, crispy potatoes.

Salad:
Dry Creek Vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, sous vide and seared duck breast, cherry gastrique, gorgonzola creamed cabbage, potato puree, asparagus.

Entrée:
Dry Cree Vineyards, Zinfandel 2019, braised beef short rib, tomato confit, saffron risotto, buttered English peas and carrots, gremolata.

Dessert:
